  • Buying your dream house or investment property

Presented on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 07:00P

For first time home owners, buying your dream house or investment property is a scary process as your walking into all these details blinded not knowing what comes next. And investing in a property is by far one of the most important decisions you will make in your life, an investment so important you can carry down generations and generations and create generational wealth. Choosing wisely who works for you in this process will determine the kind of experience or knowledge you will receive. This presentation provides a brief description of the process for first time home buyers in getting a real estate agent, finding a loan officer to pre-approve you, find a home, make an offer, inspection, contract, application/bank process, appraisal, getting home owners insurance, commitment from bank, clear to close from bank, final walk through and closing.
