We wish to thank you for your intended participation in this year's Police Reform: Re-Building Community Trust and Confidence training and education conference being held in Buffalo October 9-11. We continue to do everything possible to ensure that it will be a worthwhile and exciting experience.
		
We recognize that many of you will be traveling to Buffalo by either plane or rail. Since the hotel does not have a dedicated shuttle, we are making arrangements for those who need it to be picked up at their place of travel destination and transported to the hotel on their date of arrival, then returned to their departure location on the date they intend to leave.

To successfully accommodate this, we ask that you provide your travel information: method of travel, date of arrival, time of arrival, place of arrival, date of departure, time of departure, flight and train numbers by directed email to cpwilson22@verizon.net. We would appreciate receiving this information at your earliest convenience so that we can properly plan for your transportation needs and requests.
